• Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for a refund if: a. You have forgotten to cancel your subscription, and a payment was processed for the current billing cycle. b. You no longer require our service and wish to terminate your subscription.
• Refund Request Process: We will refund a subscription payment on request within a period of 14 days of the initial (first) subscription payment or any subsequent recurring payment being received. To request a refund, please email us providing your account username and/ or email address used to create your account.
• Refund Amount: Refunds will be honoured for the last subscription payment made only. No refunds will be issued for previous billing cycles.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original subscription purchase.
• Subscription Termination: Upon approval of the refund, the customer’s subscription will be terminated, and access to our service will be discontinued.
• Disputes: We ask that you contact us directly to gain a refund. Lodging a dispute with your bank only slows down the process. Disputes can take up to 30 days to resolve, however we can refund you the same day. Whatever the reason for your refund request, just get in touch with us. We are human beings too ?
